My development and design background give me a unique ability to know exactly what development needs me to draw and write into their design docs. My twelve years of internet related job experience and schooling have given me the understanding of what the business and marketing teams are after. I am very good at assimilating the desired goals of the company, achieving consensus early on, iterating through user testing and then objectively designing the best solution for the team to execute.
